Winter Running Running Log Sheet LogBook-Winter.xls

 All Track and Cross Country Girls not in a winter sport should be running this winter.

Consistent running over time produces results and reduces the chance of injury when starting up track this spring.

 


Record your miles on the chart in Mr. Howell's room and make sure to keep track of miles in your running log as well.  If you want to get a shirt for running 200 miles you need to regularly record the miles on Coach Howell's door.

 

You need to be pushing yourself at least two days a week.  See the PPM program and running charts on the Summer Training page to get workouts.
