    As an educator, Traci thrives on differentiating instruction in order to help all students achieve their goals.  Not only does Traci have the proper education to assist students with their goals, but she also has extensive training with integrating technology into daily lessons in order to help students improve their reading, writing, and math skills.
    Traci offers her expertise in the area of tutoring, both individual children, as well as small groups of students with similar needs.  Tutoring is a great way to assist students with specific needs, but Traci also looks at ways to provide enrichment opportunities as well.  Writing Workshops, Photography Clubs, and Math Enrichment are just a few of her passions.  
    Not only does Traci pride herself on working with students, but she has also provided Professional Development to educators with her district and surrounding districts as well.  She has offered PD in the areas of Math Instruction, Technology Integration, Backwards Design/Mapping using State Standards, and Data Analysis.

    Corey Papastathis has extensive experience in teaching courses in grades 6-12. He started his education career teaching theater before moving into career and technical education.  He has since been an instructional coach for many years helping teachers leverage innovative strategies for student achievement in K-12 classrooms in all subject areas.
     He is very passionate in exploring new strategies that support students to become collaborative, self directed, creative, critical thinkers. Corey has been providing professional development opportunities on the local, state, and national level and presenting at conferences since 2009.
     Corey is an engaging facilitator of professional development who provides every participant multiple ways to get involved with the material. His presentations model 21st century skills even where technology may not be available. Participants leave with personalized next steps that will make implementation into their specific environment as easy as 1,2,3.
