Adding Languages to the Chromebook Keyboard

posted May 24, 2012, 7:47 AM by Molly Schroeder
Thanks to Dan Sitter for this update!
You need to add languages for keyboards in the settings. Click on the
wrench, go to Languages/Customize languages and input..
If you check on US Keyboard, US International keyboard, and US extended
keyboard, you can then toggle between them as inputs when you click on the
US next to the time on the Chromebook.

When you change the input to International, you can hold down the alt to
the right of the spacebar and press buttons that will give you the accent
marks. So alt/e will give you what you want.
