Ingredients: 2 cans whole kernel corn, 1 can creamed corn, 1 c. sour cream, 1 box corn muffin mix, 1 stick of butter
1. In a bowl, stir together the 3 cans of corn, muffin mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
2. Pour in greased 9x9 pan.
3. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees (or until golden brown). Sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes (until the cheese is melted).
