mpi-chi2

Fast implementation of the chi2-distance. Uses SIMD compiler intrinsics and OpenMP parallelism for high speed. Python bindings  included. (download v1.4 30kb)  .   Note: v1.3 had a bug in the implementation for doubles, please update! Note: modern compilers might produce more efficient code from the pure C version than from the compiler intrinsics one.
