I am currently a PhD candidate in the Department of Economics at the University of Toronto, and work under the supervision of Miquel Faig, Shouyong Shi (Penn State), and Gueorgui Kambourov. I expect to receive my PhD in the Spring of 2017.

My research interests are in macroeconomics and monetary theory. My dissertation studies the impact of financial frictions at the macro level. My focus is on the Great Recession and the evaluation of various policy responses.

I am on the job market this year. I will be available for interviews at the CEEE meetings in Toronto in December 2016, as well as the AEA/ASSA meeting in Chicago in January 2017.
