Christian coaching for congregations, clergy and lay leaders

Getting Unstuck

Coaching is a powerful way of relating that supports persons in realizing their dreams and fulfilling their potential. Unlike consultants or mentors, coaches believe you are the expert. By listening, asking questions, giving feedback, and encouraging, a coach pulls out solutions from within you. Coaching works by facilitating your discovery of the best solutions to fit your journey. Coaching is a skilled approach for helping leaders and congregations find solutions and take actions to journey toward their God-given potential.

Paul Raybon can help you or a congregation work through questions like these:

What challenges you are facing?
Where do you experience connectedness in life?
Where do you experience fulfillment?
What drains your energy in your career and relationships?
What makes you happy and energized?
What are the places in life you feel stuck or confused?
What transitions or changes are you facing with unease?
What do you need from the coaching relationship to help you move forward in life, career, or relationships?
What opportunities are presenting themselves that you feel unprepared to embrace?
What skills or capacities will help you feel more prepared for upcoming opportunities or challenges?

Paul is currently the Associate Pastor at Hominy Baptist Church in Candler, North Carolina, and has served in Christian Education, Pastoral Care, and Campus Ministry for more than 20 years in North Carolina and West Virginia.
