Welcome on my personal Webpage! Here you will find some informations about my career as a geophysicist and more specifically as a seismologist.
Analysis of earthquakes helps considerably in the comprehension of complex tectonic and volcanic processes taking place in ocean ridges, subduction zones and hot spots for example. Naturally, a better understanding of earthquakes mechanisms is of major importance to population directly concerned by seismic and volcanic risks. This research gave me the opportunity to study geological objects in regions all around the world such as Iceland, Azores, Australia, Vanuatu, Nepal and US.
I'm currently working as a Post-Doc in seismology at the University of Washington in Seattle.
