If it comes down to a choice between having rights and having manners, I'll go for rights…but I think we can aim for having both.
Supporting Mothers and Their Babies in Public Nursing
Chris died on Tuesday, August 23rd of a stroke suffered while hiking with her husband, George, in the mountains of Wyoming.  She was 69 years old.

Sister Missing is a collection of poems by Chris's sister, Margaret Robinson, written in the year after Chris's death.

The family asks that donations in Chris’s memory be made to the World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action.

Chris’s last gift to this world was as an organ donor. After her death was confirmed, a transplant team was able to find matched recipients for her liver and kidneys and harvest her corneas. In life, she never threw away anything if she could find another use for it. We feel certain that this final act of recycling would have pleased her.

Chris touched a lot of people as shown the many online tributes from ILCA, WABA, The Triangle Breastfeeding Alliance, the Pennsylvania Breastfeeding Coalition, and on her Facebook page.
