Spicy Orange Garlic Shrimp

Slightly adapted from The Pioneer Woman

1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

3/4 cup orange juice

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

2 tsp olive oil

1 tsp butter

Thaw and peel shrimp.  Lay on a couple of paper towels to dry.

To the orange juice, add the garlic, cayenne pepper and Old Bay seasoning.

Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.  Add the shrimp.  After about 30-60 seconds begin flipping over.  After another 30-60 seconds, or until done, remove the shrimp.

Leave the pan on medium-high heat.  Once the pan begins to just smoke add the orange juice mixture and stir, making sure to pick up all the brown bits.  Add the butter and stir until the sauce is thickened.  Return the shrimp to the pan for a couple for a minute.  Serve hot with rice.
