Mummy's Indian Spiced Shrimp BBQ'd

1 packet frozen shrimp (900 g, 31-40 per pound), defrosted, shell and vein removed

1 tbsp adrak laysan (ginger garlic paste)

1/2 tsp red chilli powder/ cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp turmeric

2 tsp lemon juice

salt to taste

2-3 tbsp minced fresh cilantro

 

Marinate the shrimp for 30 minutes in the ingredients above.

Heat the grill to medium-high heat.  Place in a wok and cook until cooked through.  Serve hot!
