Mango Lassi

Adapted from  Manu's Menu

3/4 cup mango pulp

1 cup yogurt

1/4 cup milk

sugar to taste (I used 7 tbsp but I like my lassi very sweet)

Blend all the ingredients in a blender or use an immersion blender.  Garnish with grated nutmeg, ground cardamon or slivered almonds (I like mine without any garnishes).
