Become a Member

Regular Membership is open to only to active duty military, guard/reserve, retired military and their family members, Department of Defense employees and retired DoD.

Associate Membership is open to individuals who do not meet regular membership requirements but are active in CHNYC activities, sponsored by a regular member, and must be approved by a CHNYC Executive Board Member. 
                                                                                  
CHNYC annual membership is 1 April through 31 March the following year.  Those who apply or renew membership after 1 January are automatically renewed for membership starting 1 April the same year.  The preferred method for membership application and renewal is through the CHNYC online registration system, where you have the option of paying by credit card, Paypal, or by mailing a check.  Those without online access may fill out the form below and return it with a check made payable to CHNYC and mailed to the address on the form.  Those who apply or renew membership online will receive their printable membership card in an email.
