I am Chirag Saiya, a Speaker & Writer on "Self Development" based on "Spiritual Intelligence" which also includes few exercises on Pranayam (Breathing exercises) and Meditation. I have written 15 e-Books & 61 Poems + 3 RAP / Hip-Hop Songs & some Articles on "Spirituality".

The development of Self automatically helps to develop great human beings with higher productivity, efficiency, concentration along with good health and behavior. It develops ethics, self-discipline and self-control. Human brain has got mainly three quotients viz. IQ, EQ and SQ. However, majority of us concentrate only on the development of IQ and EQ. The commercial world is not fully aware of the power of SQ (Spiritual Quotient). There exists a myth among people that SI (Spiritual Intelligence) is mainly to be used by MONKS / SAINTS.

If SQ development is given enough care then it can develop all the qualities of a human being which by nature includes Leadership, Managerial Effectiveness, Team Work, Motivation, Interpersonal Skills, Stress Management, Confidence, Positive Thinking, Time Management, Communication and Presentation Skills and all such Professional, Personal and Social effectiveness to add to our overall positive and constructive development, which is also beneficial for organization and everyone else.
