Dirty House Friday
Dirty House Friday
As was discussed on last week's photo, since we're moving next friday and all the cleaning supplies are at the new house, I DID NOT HAVE TO CLEAN TODAY. That's right, we'll be wallowing in our own filth for a full week. Can Matt survive? Stay tuned to find out. In the meantime, I had a few requests to show the dirtiest part of our house. Here it is. This is underneath the entertainment center in the living room. It's bolted to the wall so I can't move it to clean under it and it's really low to the ground so I can't usually reach the shit underneath so I just pretend it doesn't exist. The horror!

The previous owners were smokers - a fact they managed to hide surprisingly well during my first few visits. It wasn't until the deal was done that I started to detect the distinctive odor... Once I moved in, it was beyond the point where I could ignore it. I started by trying to wash the walls... then paint the ceilings... then things just escalated from there...
