Colleen Quinn

Colleen Quinn brings more than 30 years of experience in master, airfield, terminal, facility, and sustainability planning, as well as environmental and construction operations analyses and phasing. She has actively managed and supported complex projects at numerous international airports in cities including Chicago (O’Hare and Midway), Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, El Paso, Jacksonville, Miami, Milwaukee, Raleigh-Durham, and Reno-Tahoe. Colleen’s master planning and sustainability experience offers a unique perspective for the intersection of issues related to sustainability and an airport’s long-range planning and operational framework, and has delivered sustainability master plans for Tampa, Houston, and Denver. Colleen is a Certified Professional Engineer in Florida and Illinois. In addition to numerous professional affiliations, she serves on the Airports Council International-North America Operations and Technical Affairs Steering Committee.
