Windows codename Chicago Build 73g Screenshots
Chicago Build 73g was Microsoft's PDC release of Chicago. It released in November 1993. Chicago Build 73g was slightly different from
Chicago Build 58s. The most obvious change was in the taskbar. Again, windows minimize to the taskbar, but in a new way. Instead of
placing icons on the taskbar, minimized windows would appear as buttons. This allowed for a smaller taskbar. In Chicago Build 73g
Microsoft also added WritePad and WinPad. WinPad was a PIM that was later dropped before the final release. Chicago Build 73g also
had an updated Setup.
