Talk about an easy simple recipe. Changing it up I used the entire bag of ravioli and a fresh onion not frozen. I am trying to not by things in plastics bags and use more fresh items from veggie and fruits. My lunch was last night's dinner. Simple, semi-fresh and homecooked what a treat for me today!! Everyone in the office wanted some. 1 med onion 1 pound Italian Sausage 1 jar (26 oz.) Pasta Suace (Publix brand) 1 bag (25 oz. Cheese Ravioli (Publix brand) choice of bread sticks or garlic bread 1. Place 1 tablespoon EVOO in pan on med-high with sausage. Cook sausage through 9-12 minutes adding onions until translucent. 2. Stir in 1 1/2 cups water and remaining ingredients into pan. Bring to boil; cook and stir about 12 minutes until pasta tender and sauce thickens. 3. Remove sausage from pan and slice into bite-size peices. Stir back into sauce and serve with bread. I noticed I had to cook pasta some more at this point. Very easy and leave out the sausage for no-meat eaters. Sorry I still get confused on what vegans eat or don't, like cheese or milk.

Recipe: Ingredients: 16 oz ready to bake pizza dough, Classico 'Spicy Tomato and Basil' pasta sauce, diced green pepper, diced purple onion, sliced tomatoes, shredded pizza blend cheese (mozzarella & mild cheddar), sea salt. Directions: *Roll dough with rolling pin to (1) 16" pie or (2) smaller pies. *Spread desired amount pasta sauce onto dough. *Layer desired amount tomatoes, purple onion. *Add desired amount cheese. *Add desired amount green pepper. *Bake for 25 min. @ 400F. *Salt to taste. Bonus: Pizza Buddy Pizza Dough – enough for (1) 16" Pizza (you gotta roll out the dough yourself) – only $.98 cents @ Walmart Deli. Here I managed (2) 10 inch pies.
