Anthrosophia 2018 Conference

Anthrosophia is a scholarly society dedicated to the exchange of ideas having to do with the intersection of philosophy, anthropology, and related social sciences. Anthrosophia convenes an annual conference hosted by the Center for Human-Environmental Research and the society publishes a journal of the same name. 

The Anthrosophia 2018 conference will be held from March 7th-10th hosted by the Center for Human-Environmental Research, 3400 St. Claude Ave, New Orleans, LA 70117. Please see the Anthrosophia final program for more information.

Please join us for the Anthrosophia conference keynote address to be given by Prof. Michael Hauskeller, Dept. of Philosophy, University of Liverpool. The keynote, entitled "Anachronistic Minds: Transhumanism and the Myth of Stone Age Man," will be at 8pm, March 9th, at 6330 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, LA 70118. This event is free and open to the public.
