Kathy Walz, LMSW, CPC is a Behavioral Health Navigator at St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea
What is a Behavioral Health Navigator? - Finding the right help can be overwhelming. Behavioral Health Navigators are trained to help connect you with resources to meet your individual needs and develop a detailed plan of action. There is no charge associated with this helpful service. Behavioral Health Navigators help you understand what kind of behavioral health care you need, find and get connected to behavioral health resources in your community and problem-solve issues that may be getting in the way of receiving the care you need. A Behavioral Health Navigator can assist you in finding a therapist, psychiatrist, support group and/or other resources to deal with any of the challenges you may be facing.
