Personal Profile:

I have had over 30 years’ experience in catering, everything from fine dining, banqueting, restaurants to mass airline catering and food manufacturing.

 Also a practical knowledge of costing’s, budgets and delivering to a tight dead line. 

The combination of my collective work experience working in varying food environments, gives me a unique approach to my work.
