Mango Mint Mocktail


1  large bunch mint (about 2 cups of firmly packed leaves)

Juice of 2 limes

1/4 cup sugar

3 cups cold water

2 mangoes, peeled and flesh removed


  • In a food processor, combine mint, lime juice and water.  Process well.
  • Let sit for 1 hour, so mint can really flavor liquid.  Strain. 
  • Return to the food processor with the mango flesh.
  • Process well.
  • Serve over ice and enjoy!
