Welcome to your library!
A message from the Library Director:
Due to continued concerns with the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), and for the health and safety of our patrons and staff, the library will be closing today at 5:00 pm and will remain closed until 8:30 am on April 6th. All programs and community room/meeting room use are suspended until April 15th. Some staff will remain at work during the closure, in order to utilize this time to fully clean and sanitize the library, as well as to take a complete inventory; which would have required a closure anyway. All overdue fines have been waived for this time period. You may bring returns to the book drop if you desire. Hotspot reserves will be suspended during the closure, so we ask patrons who have them to return them promptly once we reopen. Fines for hotspots have been waived as well. Interlibrary Loans (ILL's) will also be suspended until April 6th.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and ask that you please bear with us. With the understanding that these are difficult and uncertain times, each of us should do our part to ensure the health and safety of one another.
We encourage you to utilize our digital collections available on READS, and resources that are available at the TEL (Tennessee Electronic Library).
We truly appreciate each and every one of you! Please be safe, and stay healthy!
May Lingner, Library Director
