You may have had counselling before, or this may be the first time. In either case, welcome. This website will give you more detailed information to help you decide whether counselling is for you. I am a therapeutic counsellor with BACP Accreditation and UKRCP membership. With my knowledge,  I help you to explore your difficulties and in doing so, understand why they are causing distress or unhappiness in your life. Together we can seek to manage, overcome, or accept them and move forward with more knowledge and self awareness. Our emotional well being is at the centre of everything we deal with every day. If you can find a healthy emotional balance, life is so much richer and empowering.

Counselling provides you with time and space to be heard and understood in a safe confidential environment. It offers you an opportunity to work through personal issues at your own pace, with support.
