I am currently the Scientific Director of Inclusion Economics at Yale University and a Research Scholar at Yale's MacMillan Center. My research focuses how to make labor markets work better for the rural poor, particularly women, and the relevance of bureaucratic structure to local service delivery in low-income settings, among other topics.
