Grilled Mango shrimp
Non-Vegetarian-Seafood grilling

 Grilled Mango Shrimp 

Shrimp: cleaned, deveined and dry with tails on. 15 counts (Jumbo or big size shrimps)


To marinate:

Mango: one ripped, scoop out the flesh

Green chilis: 3 or 4 depending your heat level (I used 4)

Cumin powder: 1 tsp

Ginger: grated 1 tsp

Dijon mustard: 1 tbsp

Salt: a pinch


Garnish: Cilantro Chopped


Grind the marinate ingredients into a smooth paste. Marinate the shrimp with the mango sauce for about 15 minutes (keep covered in fridge).

Grill the shrimp 3 minutes each sides.

Heat in low flame the left over marinated sauce in small saucepan.


Serve the grilled shrimp with pasta and the remaining warm sauce on top of pasta.
