Champagne Tasting
Champagne Tasting
We are trying to select a champagne for our wedding. Over the past two weeks we have consumed 11 bottles of champagne-like beverages and we have kept notes on each. After trying a couple brands of Prosecco (Italian), Cava (Spanish), Korbel (American), and a French Blanc de Blanc, we selected the latter. This is the cork cage for the very last one--it is perched atop our notes. This was taken in the late afternoon sun. Taken with Nikon D300 and Nikkor 85 f1.4 @ f2.8.
