24-HOUR MAJOR CRIME SUMMARY REPORT
 July 24, 2012- 6:01 a.m.to July 25, 2012– 6:00 a.m.

NOTE: Each of the following summaries are allegations of incidents that
have been reported and are under investigation.

07/24/12–10:00 a.m.
CIRCUMSTANCES:
At FerryParkand Wabash, the male victim, aged 23, was walking when the
suspect drove pass in a vehicle (Green, mini-van) and fired shots,
striking the victim in the body.  He was listed in stable condition.

WANTED:
Suspect: Black male, armed.

07/24/12–4:40 a.m.
CIRCUMSTANCES:
In the 5200 block of Lenox, the male victims, aged 20 and 19, were
outside when the suspect drove pass in a vehicle and fired shots,
striking both victims in the body.  Victim #1, died from his injuries
and victim #2 was listed in stable condition.


WANTED:
Suspect:  Unknown, armed.

07/24/12–6:55 p.m.
CIRCUMSTANCES:
At Schoolcraft and Pinehurst, after two vehicles almost collided,
traveling in opposite directions, stopped on the public street.  The
suspect (driver of the red vehicle) yelled at the other male driver,
aged 27, and then fired a shot into the vehicle.  The victim was struck
in the body and listed in temp-serious condition.  The suspect escaped
in the vehicle.

WANTED:
Suspect:  Unknown, armed.

07/24/12–8:20 p.m.
CIRCUMSTANCES:
In the 18000 block of Forrer, the female victim, aged 33, was inside
her home when the suspects forced entry through a rear window.  The
victim ran upstairs and hid while she heard shots being fires inside of
the dwelling. The suspects fled from the location.  The victim was not
injured.

WANTED:
Suspect #1:  Black male, 25, 6’-0”, medium brown complexion, small
build, wearing a black skull cap, black sweater with a hood, dark jeans,
and armed.
Suspect #2:  Black male, 25, and armed.

07/25/12–2:25 a.m.
CIRCUMSTANCES:
At Seven Mile and Patton, the male victim, aged 34, was outside a local
business when he was approached by the suspects and robbed.  Shots were
fired, striking the victim in the body.  The suspects escaped in a
vehicle (Black, Chevy, Blazer).  The victim was listed in temp-serious
condition.

WANTED:
Suspects: Four Black males, and armed.
