John & Les were very pleased to accept a charitable donation from the Beaumont Lodge of Freemasons, on behalf of Huddersfield West Community First Responders.

The donation is sufficient to buy and implement a second bag of basic life support equipment, including an Automated External Defibrillator.

The additional kit will allow us to expand the scheme and provide cover over a larger area and for a greater number of hours.

Occasionally we get called out and then "stood down" before arrival at scene.  This is largely due to a positive change in the patient's condition and the job being down graded.
