Crossfit Murfreesboro presents the 2nd Annual "Battle of the Barbells". This is a 2 day, individual only, CrossFit competition featuring 8-9 events to be held indoors. There will be RX and scaled divisions for both men and women. Cash and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 in RX'd divisions and prizes for scaled will be provided by our sponsors.

DATE: November 15-16, 2014
TIME: Events will start at 8am on Saturday and 9am on Sunday
*Athlete check-in 6:45am-7:45am on Saturday

DIVISION STANDARDS

The following are guidelines to help athletes decide which division to enter. We want to host a fun and fair event for all competitors. Please look them over and let us know if you have any questions.

RX Guidelines: Athletes should compete RX if they are able to perform most or all of the following...

- Complete at least 100 double unders in a WOD
- Snatch 135#/95# (men/women) for reps
- Deadlift 225#/ 155# (men/women) for reps
- Perform deficit handstand push-ups
- Snatch a 70#/53# kettlebell (men/women) for reps
- Perform rope climbs
- Perform toes to bar
- Perform pistols
- Perform chest to bar pull ups
- Front squat 185#/115# (men/women) for reps

Scaled Guidelines: Athletes who cannot perform the majority of the above criteria should consider competing in the scaled division.
