About my Windows Start up time delay...

When i disable all the services and the start ups in msconfig my windows system starts quickly...(exactly 60 sec)
But audio service,wi-fi services were not available and user interface on the screen was looks different...

Then i enabled all the services seen there then restarting the system took  120sec...

This was the problem that i face...even my laptop has 8GB RAM support..

I was unhappy with this delay in start up time please give me a solution...

I need to know what are all the basic very essential services that has to be enabled in that msconfig...
