    FOR YOUR HOME
Rebecca Ceron Martin, Interior Designer living in Pawleys Island, South Carolina has a body of work that spans 30 years with professional application since 2005.

"...I design interiors ranging from contemporary condos and historical properties to restful get-a-ways.  My passion is the artful mix of all three!   I am inspired by classic design that is infused with a fresh, relaxed attitude.  I love mixing old and new, classic and modern in unexpected ways to create interiors that are big on style and substance, yet feel refined and confident.  The Interiors I design always embody their owners, and one thing you should know about me: I mean it when I say...I get a thrill from saving you money!

I spent many years as a professional convention and special event planner.  My career began at Sea Pines Plantation and with Palmetto Dunes Resorts on Hilton Head Island, SC as  Convention Food & Beverage coordinator and  for internal Sea Pines events and private functions such as  the Heritage Golf Classic and Family Circle Cup Tennis events held for many years on the island.  I was Development Director and event coordinator for a large national non-profit organization in Columbia, SC with an annual telethon in Charleston, SC and other major events throughout the state. For more than a decade as Marketing Director for a world-class celebrity theater venue and famous attraction in Myrtle Beach, I was responsible for arranging large celebrations, high end client events, press conferences, national corporate dinners, top-shelf entertainment displays, receptions, and community wide events at national marketplaces.

After planning my own resort-destination wedding I received "nudges" to use my eye for design, organization skills and creative flair to plan weddings for other brides. I did...and I have loved every minute of it!

My grandparents owned a florist in Charlotte, NC when I was a child.  I have loved flowers most of my life and have been a member of a flower club, guild or garden association.  I serve on the flower guild at my church and design for weddings and  local events such as; Hobcaw Barony's "Hunt Brunch", Prince George Winyah Plantations Tour, Harbor Specialties, McClellanville Wine Tasting, private parties and special occasions.  My love of entertaining combined with a professional background in corporate and event planning, led me to include flowers and events to my offerings.  We design events ranging from small Lowcountry weddings to informal parties and elegant affairs all designed to make clients look good, feel fabulous and enjoy a stress free experience!

A design board features elements such as wall color, fabric, style, layout, art, accessories and furniture selection for a design project.  It is the visual expression of our "design conversation and defines the "feel" the project will have, upon completion.  It's a tool I offer clients to assist in the approval process, before any work begins.
