- The Interactive Annontated Reading Application - was created by the BYU ARCLITE Lab, headed by Michael Bush, and in collaboration with CERCLL's (Center for Educational Resources in Culture, Language, and Literacy) Hypermedia Text Project  led by Chantelle Warner, at the University of Arizona.

TIARA allows educators and researchers to easily create texts with hypermedia annotations for use in teaching language and promoting cultural literacy.
