2nd International Scientific Conference Civil Engineering: Present Problems, Innovative Solutions CEPPIS 2016 officially finished.
In the morning (8/06) all attendees of the Conference met each other in the city centre (Bydgoszcz). Thanks to a partner of the conference "The Friends of Bydgoszcz Association" a wonderful on-land-and-on-Brda-river sightseeing tour was possible.
After the excurtion, all participants arrived to the conference venue - Regional Innovation Centre - at the UTP University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz.
A conference started at 12:30 pm. All debates were divided into two parts.
During a first part, Project Management Institute (PMI) and Skanska S.A. have described their contribution to a sustainable development.
A scientific part was started by prof. Pedro Núñez-Cacho Utrilla from University of Jaén (Spain). He was followed by Dr. Mohsin Ali Soomro from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Science & Technology in Nawabshah (Pakistan).
After a lunch break the second part was conducted by Dr. Manuel Díaz-Madroñero Boluda from Universitat Politècnica de València (Spain) and prof. Jadwiga Bizon-Górecka (UTP University of Science and Technology in Bydgoszcz). During this session, there were seven presentations and many outstanding discussions.
The Organizing Committee look forward to hosting guests next year. We all hope that CEPPIS 2017 will be as fruitful as it was this year.
