I saw this across from the Adena Medical Center in Waverly, Ohio. It had interested me for a long time because it reminded me of a well next door to my childhood home. I used maximum zoom, (560mm or 20X). Hand-dug wells with large tiles probably as shallow as 10 feet were common years ago, as I recall.
