Planter barrel "bee" Saturday, June 2

For nine years, CMCL planter barrels have brightened the streets of our community—and we need YOUR help to make it happen again this year.

Please drop by for an hour or two. It's a fun opportunity to connect with your neighbours while doing something great for our neighbourhood. The afternoon will wrap up with a FREE barbecue and social (bring your chairs or mats).

Even if you can't make it Saturday, please consider "adopting" a barrel or two on your block. They need a bit of TLC (and water) to keep blooming all summer.

Also, help us keep a watchful eye on the planters. Every year we lose a few to theft. As always, report any suspicious activities to Edmonton Police at (780) 423-4567.

Later in the season, a block party will be held at the same location to celebrate all the good things that are happening in Central McDougall. Watch for details!
