 Stan Sayres Memorial Park

  Seattle, Washington

Join us for a fabulous day of dragon boat racing along the shores of Lake Washington. Hear the rhythmic pounding of drummers and the crowds cheering your team on.  What a rush when you cross the finish line!

Stan Sayres Memorial Park offers great viewing of the race and a calm bay with sites of Mount Baker. This park is home to the Mount Baker Rowing Club & Sailing Center, Danskin Triathlon and the Seafair Hydroplane races.

The 8th Annual Seattle Celebrating Life! Dragon Boat Festival benefits Team Survivor Northwest (TSNW), a non-profit organization supporting women in their cancer recovery through empowering programs of physical activity and health education.

We are excited to announce participation in the Northwest Circuit Challenge for rec teams. You will now have the opportunity for those winning times to count towards the Circuit medals.

If you belong to a competitive or recreational dragon boat team, click on Rec Registration to sign up.  Click on Novice Registration, if you are a community team, health professional team or corporate sponsored team.

Always wanted to try dragon boating? We have two ways you can join in the fun: form your own team  (what a way to get your friends and co-workers on the water for an action-packed day) or join an existing novice team that is looking for paddlers.
