Most Wanted Arrested
On 9-21-16 the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers listed Levi Colin Dull DOB 2-9-79 as the week's Most Wanted suspect for having a warrant for Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver (Methamphetamine). On 9-24-16 Dull was booked in at the Black Hawk County Jail.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

9/25/16-Arrest-Santee, Joseph Jeffrey (Domestic Assault Impeding Flow of Air/Blood and False Imprisonment)

On 9-25-16 the Waterloo Police Department located and arrested Joseph Jeffery Santee DOB 7-23-79 in the 900 Block of West Mullan Avenue. Santee was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on warrants for Domestic Assault Impeding Flow of Air/Blood and False Imprisonment.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Tip Leads to Arrest
On 9-21-16 the Waterloo Police Department, acting on a Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers' tip, located and arrested Justin Michael Barnes DOB 11-8-96, in the 300 Block of Newell Street. Barnes was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on a warrant for Escape from the Residential Facility.

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

9/12/16-Arrest-Menzel, Jesseca Ellen (Probation Violation)

On 9-12-16 the Waterloo Police Department located and arrested Jesseca Ellen Menzel DOB 1-7-91 in the 300 Block of Fletcher Avenue. Menzel was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail andbooked in on a Probation Violation

On 8-26-16 Donyay Rafael Edwards DOB 7-20-86 was located and arrested by the Waterloo Police Department in the 300 Block of Locust Street. Edwards was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on 5 warrants for Failure to Appear, Domestic Assault- Aggravated, Violation of a No-Contact Order x7 and Interference with Official Acts.

Most Wanted Arrested
On August 1st, 2016 the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers listed Scott Lee Evers DOB 4-16-93 as the week's Most Wanted suspect. On 9-20-16 Evers was located and arrested by the Black Hawk County Sheriff's Office and Waterloo Police Department in the area of W 1st and Commercial. Evers was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on charges of a Probation Violation (Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver, Child Endangerment x2, Theft in the 2nd Degree, Interference with Official Acts, Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of a Controlled Substance- 2nd Offense and Harassment of a Public Official.

On May 23rd, 2016 the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers listed Darin Christian Lewis DOB 6-1-72 as the week's Most Wanted suspect. On 9-13-16 Lewis was booked into the Black Hawk County Jail on 5 warrants for Failure to Appear.

On July 4th, 2016 the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers listed Seth Moral Epps DOB 4-3-87 as the week's Most Wanted suspect. On 9-16-16 Epps turned himself in at the Black Hawk County Jail and was booked in on his warrants for Failure to Appear, Simple Assault and a Parole Violation.

9/19/16-Arrest-Lucas, Alicia (warrant for Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree)

On 9-19-16 a tip from Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers resulted in the arrest of Alicia Lucas (DOB 5-17-77) in Tama County. Lucas was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on awarrant for Criminal Mischief 3rd Degree.

MOST WANTED ARRESTED
On 9-12-16 the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier and Cedar Valley Crime Stoppers listed Aundaris Desean Reed DOB 6-15-95, as the week's Most Wanted suspect. Later in the day the Evansdale Police Department located and arrested Reed in the 1900 Block of Franklin Street. Reed was transported to the Black Hawk County Jail and booked in on his warrants for Failure to Appear X2, Theft in the 3rd Degree, Child Endangerment.
