Systems Department (ISI) of the Faculty of Business and Economics (HEC) of the University of Lausanne (UNIL), Switzerland, in collaboration with the Computational Biology Unit (CBU@MBC) of the Molecular Biotechnology Center of the University of Torino (UNITO), in Italy, under the supervision of Prof. Ferdinando Di Cunto. This research project was funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (FNS) and the Conference of the Rectors of the Swiss Universities.
