MEMBERS ROOM RULES

MEMBERS ROOM RESERVATION AND USE POLICY
  • Reservations must be made by a Villa owner at Country Club Villas.
  • Room capacity is limited to 30 people by the local Fire Marshall.
  • Hours of use are 9:00AM to 10:00PM
  • Rest rooms are available at the pool but pool use closes at dusk.
  • Reservations can be made one week in advance.
  • No blocking of daily/weekly/monthly room reservations.
  • Make reservation in proper manner.
  • No commercial enterprises or events.
  • Owner is responsible to return keys by noon the next day.
  • Owner is responsible for clean-up and any damage.
  • Users are responsible to provide their own trash bags and sweeper.
  • All trash must be removed and taken to the trash dumpster at the end of their event.
  • No smoking or pets allowed in members room or hallway.
  • Do not remove any furniture from the members room.
  • The members room will be inspected before and after each event.
