MISSION
A community effort to protect and improve the lives of cats in Clinton County
PROCEDURE
      • STEP 1: Community member calls SPCA (570-748-4756) to report cat problem
      • STEP 2: SPCA contacts TNR Coordinator
      • STEP 3: Coordinator contacts TNR volunteer
      • STEP 4: TNR volunteer visits Caregiver to go over procedure (see Caregiver Guide)
      • STEP 5: Caregiver signs TNR Agreement liability form
      • STEP 6: Caregiver sets traps on pre-approved datesĀ 
      • STEP 7: Cats transported to Beckoning Cat (Williamsport) between 9:00-10:00AM
      • STEP 8: Cats returned to caregiver around 5:00PM same day and released next morning
