Cores

At the Kaka'ako campus we have been able to develop important core facilities shared with all of the approximately 100 investigators working here. NIH funding from the Cardiovascular and Diabetes COBREs, as well as institutional support from the medical school, as well as the offices of the Vice-Chancellor and Vice President for Research, support a Mouse Phenotyping Core and helped to expand both a Histology/lmaging Core and Genomics Core. The Genomics Core has now consolidated with the facility at our new Cancer Center and provides services to the Cancer Center, the Medical School, and the University.
