You are all
welcome to the Conservation Coaches Network of Africa and Madagascar (CCNet
Africa), which is a young and emerging franchise, established in June 2012
under the Global Conservation Coaches Network (CCNet). The network
is currently made up of more than 100 trained coaches from different countries
and different NGOs, government agencies and private institutions with working
experiences in Africa and Madagascar. This new CCNet franchise aims at
supporting and advancing conservation project management in Africa and
Madagascar using methods and tools that are consistent with the Open Standards
for the Practice of Conservation. As such, the coaches taking part in the CCNet
Africa have a common goal of working together to improve their coaching skills
through adaptive management (peer-reviews), training, learning and sharing
exchanges and mentoring.
This
website is primarily meant to share information between coaches, about coaches,
about new developments, about events and successes, challenges and ambitions.
