Cloud Computing is being increasingly adopted into several Business, Industry and Enterprise applications, ensuring economic and agility benefits. While the Cloud seems to be a disruptive technology, it is still a long way to go to completely materialize the Cloud. While the Cloud is getting embraced widely, dependability on the Cloud is yet to mature. C4BIE(Cloud for Business, Industry and Enterprises) workshop intends to gather the best minds of the field, including researchers as well as practitioners, to discuss and visualize a way ahead for the Cloud towards making sense for Business, Industry and Enterprises.

The current workshop seeks original unpublished contributions from potential Authors, Professionals, Practitioners and Researchers in the area of Cloud computing. Work MUST show a current or future benefit for Business/Industry/Enterprise. The workshop is open to all members of the Cloud Computing community.

Cloud based innovative horizontal services (Eg. ERP, CRM etc.) are also welcome.

Paper Submission

Authors should submit articles that are original, unpublished and are not currently under review in any conference or journal. Authors can submit the article using the link http://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=c4bie. Authors must strictly adhere to the paper format guidelines mentioned below, failing which the articles might not be considered for review.

Articles must be in PDF format and SHOULD NOT exceed a maximum length of 6 pages. If required, Authors can buy another 4 extra pages and each extra page costs USD 100. Hence, submitted articles should be structured as technical papers and SHOULD NEVER exceed 10 letter size (8.5 x 11) pages including figures, tables and references using the IEEE format for conference proceedings (print area of 6-1/2 inches (16.51 cm) wide by 8-7/8 inches (22.51 cm) high, two-column format with columns 3-1/16 inches (7.85 cm) wide with a 3/8 inch (0.81 cm) space between them, single-spaced 10-point Times fully justified text). The official language of the workshop is English.

Submitted articles would be assessed on the basis of originality, significance, technical soundness, clarity of expression and interest to a wide audience. The articles will be evaluated by an International Programme Committee with a minimum of 3 reviews per paper. Upon acceptance, authors will be required to register and present their papers. Papers will be published in the conference proceedings only if at least one of the authors is officially registered and presented. All workshop participants must pay CCGrid 2011 workshop registration fee, as well as the conference fee. The publication of proceedings will be by the IEEE in the same volume as the main conference.
