Welcome to the 2019- 2020 Calaveras Grad Night Foundation Site!

Grad Night Foundation of Calaveras County is a non-profit organization that provides safe, sober and fun filled graduation parties for our high school seniors. Since 1989, Calaveras County has not had a single alcohol or drug related high school graduation tragedy. Your business can help continue this good work by providing funds in the form of a grant or by donating goods and services. Since 1989, The Grad Night Foundation of Calaveras County has organized Grad Night parties for Calaveras and Bret Hart High Schools. The Grad Night Foundation of Calaveras County and the party committees fundraise and collect donations to cover the expenses such as entertainment, food, gifts and prizes, decorations and security. Up to 125 volunteers work hard that night to provide a fun exciting party for the participants.

·Provides a safe and fun alcohol and drug free party for graduates the night of graduation until check out time

·It is a yearlong coordinated effort by the Foundation Board and VOLUNTEER PARENTS to make this happen every year

·A theme is chosen, decorations are made and the site is decorated, there is a security area for first aid, guest cubbies for storing items for safekeeping, activities and refreshments are provided throughout the night

·Volunteers staff and oversee events that night in shifts throughout the night on top of decorating, set up and clean up

·Students are not allowed to leave the premises during the party and are signed out in the morning to a responsible adult.
