Welcome to my web page!

I am a Computational Biologist working on the modelling and simulation of the epigenomic organisation of chromosome architecture.
I worked as the BioIntelligence project post-doc in the MEGA team at the Institute of Systems and Synthetic Biology in Genopole at Evry, a suburb south of Paris MEGA team iSSB.
Currently I continue at iSSB in a more fascinating computational synthetic biology project.

During my scientific carrier I acquired a quite diverse expertise and interests in the interfaces between biology and the exact sciences.
I worked and studied in various exciting areas of biology using concepts and techniques from (mainly) computer science but also mathematics, statistics and physics.
You are welcome to take a look on the rest of the website for more details.
