Began providing rehabilitative services to the chronically mentally ill adult population in 2006. The Life Skills program provides clients with skill-based onsite and offsite groups focused on building cognitive, vocational, social, and overall life skills. Life Skills also provides case management, treatment teams, and individual rehabilitation plan.
The goal of the program is to support each client's unique rehabilitation goals by offering a variety of learning-based interventions that strengthen the cognitive, emotional and interpersonal skills that assure successful community adaptation. This goal is achieved by designing an individual program for each of our clients and then teaching them the skills that will help them toward independent living, social acceptance and a productive work life.
