Evergreen Mental Health Services
Was established in 1992 to provide psychiatric outpatient care to members of the community. These services are comprised of psychologists, psychiatrists, licensed social workers and counselors committed to providing solution-based practical approaches to virtually every type of short and long term mental health program.
In 1996 we began conducting Phase II and Phase III clinical trials, which aids pharmaceutical companies in the testing of investigational compounds for brain disorders within the adult, geriatric, and pediatric populations.
In 1999, CBH Health acquired Fellowship House from a Baltimore hospital, known for 30 years as a mental health residential and rehabilitative facility. Fellowship House operates as a 16-bed Phase I-IV clinical research site.
Clinical Research Unit (CRU)
In 2004, CBH Health opened the doors to its state-of-the-art Clinical Research Unit (CRU) to continue our work in Phase I-IV clinical trials. Located within our main office in Rockville, Maryland, the unit is a state-of-the-art facility with expert staff who are experienced in working with diverse populations.
Life Skills Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP)
Began providing rehabilitative services to the chronically mentally ill adult population in 2006. The Life Skills program provides clients with skill-based onsite and offsite groups focused on building cognitive, vocational, social, and overall life skills. Life Skills also provides case management, treatment teams, and individual rehabilitation plans.
