Friday:

6:00 – 9:00 Registration in Program Center 2

7:00 – 9:00 Wide Game activities in Program Center 1

9:00-11:00 Visit/hang out/campfires at individual sites


Saturday:

7:00 – 8:15 Breakfast at Program Center 1

7:30 - 8:30 Registration in Program Center 2

8:15 – 8:45 Opening Flag Ceremony – Flag Pole in front of Program Center

9:00 – 5:30 Classes – with Lunch 1 at 11:30 and Lunch 2 at 12:45 in Program Center 1

5:45 – 6:00 Closing Flag Ceremony – Flag Pole in front of Program Center

6:00 – 7:00 Dinner in Program Center 1

7:30 – 8:30 Evening activities/games in and around Program Center

8:30 – 9:00 Auction – using tickets won in evening activities/games

9:00 – 11:00 Movie – Program Center 1 – Sherlock Holmes

Bingo – Program Center 2

Games – Program Center 3 - bring your own games

Camp Fire on Fire Island


Sunday:

7:00 – 8:15 Breakfast in Program Center 1 – Pick up your bag lunch if you bought one

8:00 – 8:15 Interfaith Service on the Beach – rain site Tall Timbers

8:15 – 8:45 Flag Retirement Ceremony – Program Center Fire Circle

9:00 – 11:30 Classes (Certification classes last longer – check the course grid)

11:30 Lunch if you ordered one - hand in Fall School Evaluation for patch and check out

Friday night activities are always fun and this year will include an activity that will help you figure out Who Dunnit ! ! !

Saturday night is packed with an amazing variety of activities! Participation will earn you a ticket(s) to participate in a silent auction, which will take place after the games.

Following the games – there will be an auction using the tickets earned during the activities/games. Gift cards will be awarded to the Service Unit with the most participants, the Service Unit with the most newbies, and the Service Unit with the most in costume ! ! !

Following the auction and awards, we will have a variety of options – a movie in Program Center 1, Bingo (bring your wrapped or bagged giftas entry into the game) in Program Center 2, and games – perhaps spoons(?) in Program Center 3 – bring other games if you like !

Snacks and beverages will be available all weekend in the Program Center 2 in support of the Fall School effort.
