Bee Goddess Ice Cream


  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup heavy cream


  • Whisk all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined and smooth. Pour mixture into ice cream maker. Churn for about 20 minutes. 
  • Pour ice cream into a freezer-safe container. Put container into freezer for about 2 hours to get a firmer texture. Scoop into bowl and serve immediately.
